He arrived on time & explained the process before the inspection. Afterwards he sat down to explain in detail what he found, what needed attention & what solutions were applicable. I was in the process of deciding whether to do a new front porch or try to get my front porch leveled. I called Indiana Foundation and was put in touch with Kevin Clinebelle for an appointment and was extremely satisfied with the level of knowledge from Kevin and how Kevin took the time to explain things to me. We decided to go with a new porch due to the fact as Kevin indicated, that the brick may not be salvageable. I can tell you this, if I was going to have my foundation or porch leveled I would use Indiana Foundation because of Kevin. Kevin was polite, Knowledgeable and genuinely cared about how I was moving forward and agreed with the process we chose. He was not pushy and he was not a typical salesman who only cares about making a sale. Don’t get me wrong, Kevin would’ve loved to have the work, but it just didn’t make sense as that was explained to me after I told Kevin of the situation. Just for Kevin to take the time and talk to me and listen to me means a lot In today’s business world. It is truly nice to know that there’s businesses like Indiana Foundation and people like Kevin who are not just focused on getting the sale at any cost. Thanks again Kevin for all the great advice!

Last week, I was "hosting" three young men from Indiana Foundation at a "basement repair party" at my home. I have to say that these three young men were absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been in the company of such men who were so happy to do their jobs. Dakota, Desmon, and Johntae never slowed down on their job, and they never seemed not to enjoy the company of each other. I live alone and since they left, I have been troubled by the silence. It's not the lack of noise of the drilling; it's the lack of laughter that I miss. Never once did I hear any of them loose his temper or say anything that did not cause laughter from each other. They did their job very well. They all three deserve applause for a job well done! They are amazing!!!
