Will Kinslow was a very professional and polite technician. I actually crawled with him in my crawl space. He was very thorough and patient with me. He explained how the Aqua stop dehumidifier worked, and what the humidity and temperature levels should be. He did an excellent job cleaning out the sump pump, and made sure with the laser beam that their had been no movement. He showed us where water was coming in to the area due to blocked down spouts and gave us an estimate on how to correct the problem. Recommend Indiana Foundation Service Highly.

I appreciated the fact he was honest and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. He did tell me in his opinion the water issue we had was a result of a window seal and they don’t handle that kind of repair.
