Chris and Brandon came to stableize my slab. Chris did a good job of explaining what he was doing, and how he watched my existing cracks to see if they were contracting, or at one point he stopped the injection because the crack was expanding. He let me know of a void under the slab at one place that he was able to fill. And he did a great job of drilling in the grout between tiles so the tiles in the entry didn't chip. Brandon came along behind him and leveled off where the mixture came up through the holes, and dusted away concrete residue. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. But their work is 5-star.

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.

We had Dylan Johnson at our residence to do a estimate, he did a awesome job on the first visit, he had to come back due to not being able to get in crawl space and had a co worker come back with him. Once they did all that Dylan took the time to explain everything in detail to us. He stop and asked if we had questions and if we did he answered them. Dylan is a great inspector and you can tell he takes his job seriously. We highly recommend him.
