History
In 1972, Metro Structural was founded and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Tulsa and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Metro Structural and Oklahoma City-based Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. This company is absolutely wonderful, From the moment we got in touch with our inspector Shawn and he made it his priority to get us seen and inspected and even stayed late to make sure we knew all the problems and solutions with our foundation he was very thorough in explaining what was going on, and the process to fix it and the cause and effect of every change, Absolutely wonderful customer service, The crew that came out which was Caleb, Carlos, and Brandon, Were top notch they went above and beyond on doing the work we needed and were great when it came to me asking questions and their explaining of the process was top notch explained everything they did and what everything will do when it comes time to check in on our permanent adjustable jacks, all in all would recommend this company to anybody looking for foundation work, absolute top of the top company

We recently had piers installed in our crawlspace by the Ground Works team. Ben Pebeck was very helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent in his initial assessment of our needs as well as upon the walkthrough after completion. The installation crew of Caleb Lacey and Oscar were extremely professional and courteous while in and around our home as they performed the scope of work. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and Caleb and Oscar even went above and beyond to locate an access under our kitchen that my wife and I had been trying to locate the past several months. They found the access and took video to show me so that I can access it on a different project we’re working on! Also, shoutout to Natasha who helped us schedule everything and kept the communication free flowing! All-in-all, a great team, great work and I’d highly recommend them!

Groundworks was not the lowest bidder, but I was impressed. They gave me valuable information about my whole house, not just the part I was having known issues with. It gave me real peace of mind. The crew that came to level my porch were efficient and very helpful. I had removed all the furniture except one heavy piece. They removed it, though they were not asked to do so. Even better, they placed all the furniture back in place. Since I am an elderly woman with a handicapped daughter, this was very much appreciated.

From Morgan the scheduler to the inspector Rick Duncan and the "knock knock" text announcing his arrival, I was completely impressed & amazed with this company! Morgan asked questions, answered my questions and the appointment was set. Rick arrived early, which I liked, gave me background on the company which aligned with what I had already researched but he also gave me information I did not know. We walked the inside/outside together, he took pictures & measurements & we reconvened to discuss the cost. I was pleasantly surprised! Rick is professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, kind and sincere. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!
