In 1972, Metro Structural was founded and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Tulsa and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Metro Structural and Oklahoma City-based Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. I had 3 companies come out and give me a quote to restabilze the crawl space supports on my house. Groundworks actually ended up being a little higher than the other 2, but I decided to use them. My reasoning was they were actually going to install a few more supports and add a couple more joists than the other companies. They are also the only one that offered financing. The whole process was so easy, the crew was fantastic as well. They were personable, explained everything, and gave me updates as they worked. I want to give a huge shout out to Rama, Tyler and Skyler, they were fantastic!

From Morgan the scheduler to the inspector Rick Duncan and the "knock knock" text announcing his arrival, I was completely impressed & amazed with this company! Morgan asked questions, answered my questions and the appointment was set. Rick arrived early, which I liked, gave me background on the company which aligned with what I had already researched but he also gave me information I did not know. We walked the inside/outside together, he took pictures & measurements & we reconvened to discuss the cost. I was pleasantly surprised! Rick is professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, kind and sincere. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!

Todd is a great service tech, on-time, pleasant and completed the inspection promptly. Groundwork’s as a whole replaced the supports under the house, replaced rotted cross beams, encapsulated and insulated the crawl space making it as clean, dry and safe as a crawl space can possibly be.

Rama A, John M, Bryce B, Louis V, Victor S, Damion R & Niko B guys were fast efficient, followed orders, knew what they were doing. They worked tirelessly for 7 days crawling underneath my house. They had to crawl through tight areas to get the job done, did about 50 jacks, and threw out insulation in two areas of my home. They also did 7 piers around my home that needed lift and stabilization. Use Groundworks for a fast efficient job if your home needs such work!

The consultant that came out to assess our needs was very professional and honest. But the crew that did the installation (John, Damian, Strider and Vitor) was top notch! Professional, courteous, respectful of our property and friendly as well. Kept me informed at every step and gave explanations for all my questions. When the job was done they left the worksite pristine. While I hope not to have to get more work done, if I did I would go back to this group.
