In 1972, Metro Structural was founded and brought residential foundation repair solutions to Tulsa and the surrounding areas. In 2024, Metro Structural and Oklahoma City-based Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting joined forces and partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest growing foundation repair and water management solutions provider, to offer industry-leading technology and resources to more customers across Oklahoma. Metro Structural continues to provide elite customer service and quality home solutions for local homeowners under their new name.

I had a very good experience with Groundworks today. Justus arrived at my house on time and called ahead 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He asked questions and listened to me talk about the problem I wanted him to investigate. He even went into my really tight crawlspace without any complaints! After he was finished looking and calculating we sat down and he reviewed what was needed to resolve my problem. Very professional and good at his job!

Groundworks made me feel comfortable, informed, and safe from the very beginning. We needed our foundation repaired and these guys did their jobs phenomenally and with grace. Three guys came out and did the job. They were very educational when I had questions, they were excellent with my family, and got the work done fast. I couldn’t have asked for anything better than what Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, and Elmo Orozoco offered. Very satisfied customer!

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.
