The AFS team is excellent. We have a pretty large amount of work that needs to be done at our house, to include sump, dehumidifier installation, ,general contractor wood work, and encapsulation. Dustin Loeb did a great job estimating the work, and did not hesitate to come out and take another look at something or answer any questions we had.
I cannot say enough about how fantastic the communication is with AFS. From when the work was to begin, to when the crews are going to be there, to any updates or any changes that would be necessary are very clearly communicated in person or by a phone call.
Special mention to the AFS crew that has been working at our place this week: Richard Warner and Nick Lee. I was greeted every morning by Richard who told me the plan for the day, and at the end of the day showed me pictures of what they were working on under the house and how things were looking. The crew takes great pride in their work, and pays attention to detail, communicating everything they do. And that's something I appreciate.
