I first worked with Matt, who didn’t hesitate to crawl under there for a full inspection. He took pictures, explained everything clearly, and somehow made it sound manageable instead of catastrophic. He even came out between Christmas and New Year’s while I had time off, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Matt. Then Logan, Tori, and Corey showed up for the install. These guys spent days crawling around under my house dragging plastic encapsulation, supports, and tools through conditions that would make most people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. Crawlspace work is tight, dirty, uncomfortable work, and they handled it like pros.
