"Brian Graham performed an inspection inside and underneath my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX on April 25th, 2024. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He communicated clearly the scope of the foundation problem by providing photos and a floor plan with elevations. In addition, his description of the proposed solution was understandable. He patiently answered my initial questions as well as my subsequent questions during the days after his inspection visit. Over the next several weeks, he patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the work to be performed as we had a series of atypical rainy weeks. Throughout the delayed scheduling process, I appreciated his responsiveness and agreeableness. He made the process easy by using all forms of communication, i.e., phone, email, text. They were focused, careful, and efficient as they did their work.
