He went over the procedures of what we can do to fix the cracks and lift the house a little bit got about a year to think about it so other than that, he did a good job and appreciate him coming by and giving us the info. I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%. CALL THE BASEMENT AUTHORITY DON'T SCREW AROUND WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!! THANKS AGAIN DAN!!!!
