Having said that, Blake and his crew from the Colorado branch did an amazing job with what they had to work with. They explained every step and answered all my questions. Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work.
