BQ Basements and Concrete Partners with Local Organization

BQ Basements & Concrete partnered with Operation Warm, a non-profit that manufactures quality coats and shoes for children in need, to bring 200 new pairs of shoes to a Philadelphia-area organization, Breathing Room Foundation. The donation comes as result of a team builder event that took place at Groundworks’ annual Kickoff conference in January where 2,000 employees competed against each other for the chance to support their local communities.

BQ has partnered with Breathing Room Foundation for many years to support their mission to provide individualized care and support to families affected by cancer.

This is part of the ‘Goodworks by Groundworks’ program in which employees are encouraged to support their local communities through non-profit partnership and volunteerism.
