On April 26, 2025, Groundworks’ Fairfield team proudly participated in the SPCA of Solano County’s Paws for a Cause Dog Walk-a-Thon at Lagoon Valley Park in Vacaville, CA. The team laced up their walking shoes to support the shelter’s mission and help fundraise for vulnerable animals in need of safe and loving homes.

This family-friendly event brought together compassionate pet lovers and local supporters for a fun-filled day of community action. Six Groundworks team members showed up in full spirit, helping to spotlight the SPCA’s efforts and reinforcing our shared commitment to community wellness.

What We Achieved Together

With several teammates on hand to participate, the event emphasized Groundworks’ regional impact in supporting California-based charities. Through volunteering and visibility, we helped generate vital funds and awareness for the SPCA of Solano County’s life-saving work.
