On March 28, 2025, team members from Groundworks proudly attended the Home is Where the Heart Is Gala in Windsor, Connecticut, hosted by Journey Home. Held at 25 Central Street, the event brought together local leaders, advocates, and supporters to raise funds and awareness in the fight against homelessness across Connecticut’s Capital Region.

Groundworks participated as a Silver Sponsor with four team members attending. The evening was both meaningful and memorable, filled with community connection, shared purpose, and renewed energy for change. Our team had a fantastic time celebrating the work being done to ensure everyone has a place to call home.
