Tar Heel Basement Systems Teams Up with UNCW Athletics for the 18th Annual Seahawk Club Golf Tournament

Event Recap: A Good Day on the Greens

On April 25, 2025, Tar Heel Basement Systems had the honor of sponsoring the 18th Annual UNCW Seahawk Club Golf Tournament held at the beautiful River Landing Golf Course in Wallace, NC. Representing our team, four Wilmington-based staff members—Austin Miller, Brandon Cross, Rob Phillips, and Steele Welch—participated in the tournament, bringing community spirit and camaraderie to the greens.

This annual event benefits the Seahawk Club—UNCW’s dedicated student aid association that works to support, strengthen, and develop intercollegiate athletics through fundraising and scholarships. Tar Heel was proud to stand beside a meaningful cause that uplifts student-athletes and promotes academic and athletic excellence at UNCW.
