Reflecting on the 2025 Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games
On May 14–15, 2025, Groundworks was proud to sponsor the Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games, hosted at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. This marks the second year in a row our Oklahoma City team joined the celebration—helping power one of the state’s most inspiring events.
Throughout the two-day event, our team jumped in to support event logistics, connect with athletes, and bring energy to every corner of the Games. From cheering on the sidelines to volunteering behind the scenes, we were honored to be part of something that goes far beyond sports.
Special Olympics Oklahoma provides year-round training and competitions for individuals with intellectual disabilities—giving thousands of athletes the chance to shine, grow, and feel supported by their communities. Seeing that mission in action reminded us exactly why we show up: to help build stronger, more inclusive communities across Oklahoma.
What We Achieved Together
This year’s sponsorship continued a growing regional tradition for Groundworks, reinforcing the importance of corporate volunteerism and inclusive athletic opportunities. We’re proud to have helped:
