Groundworks Sponsors Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games in Oklahoma City
It is important to have a sense of community and a safe place to showcase your talent and personality. The Groundworks team understands this and is honored to lend a helping hand through various community outreach efforts.
We were pleased to be a sponsor for the Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games.
Special Olympics Oklahoma is a non-profit organization that works year-round to provide athletic competition and Olympic-like sports training to adults and children with intellectual disabilities. These efforts help with the development of physical fitness and experiencing joy in sharing gifts and skills with their friends and family. The hope is that everyone who has an intellectual disability will earn the acceptance and respect of their community.
Our team at Groundworks in Oklahoma City was eager to support this drive during the event held from May 15 to 17. We enjoyed spending time at the Olympic Village and interacting with the wonderful people involved with this organization!
