Groundworks Sponsors Tulsa Boys Home’s Run for the Roses Fundraiser
Our team at Groundworks lives and works in the communities we serve, and we firmly believe in paying it forward to help local residents in need, especially young people.
We were a proud sponsor of the 20th Annual Run for the Roses fundraiser to benefit the Tulsa Boys’ Home. Held on May 4, the Kentucky Derby-themed event featured live simulcast races, entertainment, and attendants donning colorful attire, all for a good cause.
The Tulsa Boys’ Home is the largest residential treatment facility for troubled boys in Oklahoma, housing 62 young men who experience behavioral, emotional, and substance abuse problems. Nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation, Tulsa Boys’ Home aims to break the cycle of poverty and neglect.
The Groundworks team in Tulsa thoroughly enjoyed attending the fundraiser, where we were able to support the effort to provide crucial care, such as nutritious meals and counseling services, for those 62 young men.
