Groundworks Sponsors Blue Angels Fastpitch’s Fall Season

Groundworks firmly believes in giving back to the community and supporting youth sports endeavors. We’re excited to announce our partnership with Blue Angels Fastpitch. Our Philadelphia-based team sponsored the organization’s Fall 2024 season, particularly for the month of September.

Angels on the Field

Founded in 2018 by Jackie Ecker and Maeve McGill, Blue Angels Fastpitch—a travel softball league for young women—has grown into a premier softball organization. The program fields eight competitive teams across age groups, drawing talented athletes from Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Under the guidance of seasoned coaches and dedicated staff, players develop their skills year-round while forging strong bonds with teammates. The program’s foundation rests on empowering young women through athletics, creating an environment that balances competitive play with personal growth.

At its core, Blue Angels Fastpitch focuses on building confident, resilient athletes through comprehensive skill development and strategic training. The organization emphasizes teamwork, determination, and a positive attitude—values that translate from the diamond to daily life. Each player’s unique abilities are celebrated within an inclusive community, nurturing not only athletic excellence but also a lasting passion for softball.
