A Tasty Tradition: Groundworks Sponsors Food Truck Festival

Event Recap: A Delicious Weekend

On May 24, 2025, Groundworks’ Pittsburgh team, formerly Baker’s Waterproofing,  proudly joined forces with the Observer-Reporter at the annual Food Truck Festival, held at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows. With over 50 food trucks, 40 vendors, and an estimated 28,000 attendees, this event brought the community together in a big way.

Our dedicated team was on hand to join the fun and engage with community members. It was an exciting day full of energy, good food, and meaningful interactions, all in support of local engagement and awareness.

By showing up and sponsoring local community events like the Food Truck Festival, we hope to demonstrate how much we care about our neighbors and their well-being. This partnership creates a lasting impact and aligns with our long-term commitment to supporting stable communities through education, service, and presence.

We’re proud to be featured alongside other civic-minded businesses in this year’s festival spotlight media coverage. Every interaction brought us closer to friends and neighbors.
