On Saturday, March 22nd, Groundworks proudly served as the “Champion” sponsor at the 52nd Annual Fish Fry and BBQ hosted by the Garden Ridge Lions Charities in Garden Ridge, TX.
This annual event shines a spotlight on community collaboration with proceeds benefiting the long-standing mission of the Lions Clubs—an international service organization founded in 1917 with the guiding motto, “WE SERVE.”
Attendees enjoyed great food and festivities driven by the shared goal of uplifting the local community through hands-on projects like homebuilding, landscaping, and painting for those in need.
The event not only raised vital funds, but also directly supported local initiatives, improving the lives of families in Garden Ridge through increased access to safe housing and neighborhood revitalization.
