I hired Alpha Foundations to encapsulate my crawl space in my Florida home. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and great communication. Elias, Onickel and Elic were such hard workers. I was told the job would take 2 days but the completed the work in one. Would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I previously wrote a not so positive review largely because of delays. I am very impressed that the general manager very quickly jumped into the situation to determine the problem. Once he understood what and where the problem was, he corrected it with his employee(s). I was given a work date that day. The work is totally completed with my 100% plus satisfaction.

Alpha Foundations has been a professional company to deal with throughout the entire process. Ryan came out and and promptly assessed and estimated the job to uplift concrete slabs and repair cracks around our pool deck. Kevin and Cody did the on-site work. We can't say enough of the communication and professionalism of all involved!

Brett,John & Chris are some of the hardest working young men I have ever seen. On top of doing meticulous work , they are kind, respectful and professional. From estimate with Michael, to completion of project with this crew- my husband and I are beyond satisfied with the work. Alpha will be our only go to for foundation repair and work in the crawl space.

We had a section of our driveway that had sunk due to soil erosion from water runoff. Michael Mullen from Alpha Foundations provided a prompt and correct estimate for the work after a thorough inspection and my appointment was scheduled for two weeks out from that date. Alpha called once during the wait period to verify everything was on schedule and then the day before the scheduled date to let me know which team members would be coming out. We had torrential rain the night before, but Brandon and Nick arrived on time the next morning and worked through the mild rain that was still falling to get the driveway leveled back out. The Alpha team performed beyond expectations throughout the entire process from quoting and estimation to the actual work. Every single person I interacted with from Alpha was professional, courteous and communicative. They set an example of how contracting companies should handle customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work done and the 5-year warranty provided. I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

Alpha foundation encapsalated my crawl space and I also had them install a dehumidifier under my house many years ago. I have them inspect the system and change the filter annually. They are a super company! Each year I request Austin Haley for the annual inspection, he is so professional and thorough! The air quality in my home is so great thanks to Alpha Foundation!

The crew (Dale, Tori, Darian and others) could not have been more courteous, professional and informative. Plus, they cleaned up with attention to detail. We first spoke about our needs with Taylor who provided information and clear explanations about how Alph could help insure our crawl space will stay dry and at the proper level of humidity. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, as was the work crew. We are entirely pleased with Alpha.

Max came inspected the house and professionally explained what was wrong and what they needed to do to stabilize my house. Tory and Curtis then came and fixed my house. Both were nice and took their shoes off before I even asked. They were very careful to not let the cats out. A+ service all around.

I had Alpha foundation come out and look at my house. Chris was the inspector and looked at the problems I was having. Chris patiently explained to me about foundations and Florida. No pressure sale explained how many pairs I would need. The job was set up in a reasonable time period. I was contacted by Steve the Forman was told when they would be coming for the job. The day of the day I got a text to let me know they were there way. When they arrive Steve introduced me to david and isaiah. Steve was very informative about how the job was going to get done. Dave and isaiah were very friendly and went right to work. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was completed. This team was very professional from start till finish. I would highly recommend this team/ company.
