History
Starting in the family garage in 2007, Bob Genord saw a need in the marketplace for a professional company that treats customers with respect.
From those humble beginnings grew the most trusted basement waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair company in the state- FSM. Starting with one location in Livonia, soon additional offices in Grand Rapids and Traverse City were added to better serve the entire lower peninsula and the Eastern Upper Peninsula.
The acquisition in July of 2020 by Groundworks was a natural progression as Genord always did what was best for his community and employees. The team-up allows FSM to expand further, faster with more resources to better serve the people of Michigan and beyond.
