We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by FSM and the results are very impressive. The crew consisting of Tim, Kody, and Sid kept us informed all along the way. These guys attended to the work with diligence and care. They were thoughtful and took care that the work area was neat as well as our home. We can't thank them enough for the professional way they executed the project. When all was complete, I inspected the crawl space and was overwhelmed with the attention to detail and how meticulous Tim, Kody, and Sid are upon me seeing the results of their labor. These guys demonstrated a pride in what they do and it shows in the way they interacted with us. If anyone ever asks me about what to do about their crawl space I will certainly recommend FSM most strenuously and certain tell them if they get the work done, to ask for Tim, Kody, and Sid.

I have been very impressed with FSM for my foundation needs. Carter S. and Jamont Y-D were efficient, prompt and courteous. Respectful of my property. They explained the process thoroughly and did a final walk-through ensuring my satisfaction with the job. Jordan P. was great when he came to inspect and provide recommendations for my foundation. Answered my questions and provided detailed instructions regarding preparation of my patio for the work. Definitely recommend FSM for foundation needs.

John and Jerrid both were super helpful. They gave us plenty of information and even answered the questioned we thought that they would laugh at. 😃 They told us what they would fix and do personally. We felt very understood with our concerns. Loved working with them to set up our appointment time. HUGE PLUS in our eyes they didn't sit at our home until 1030pm forcing us to buy.

Dan the "Foreman", Riley, and Reginald were a great crew working together to get my crawl space floor system stabilized to allow me to complete the remodeling of our lake home. They were on time and completed the job a day early. Dan and I work through some of the unforseen structural issues ane saved $2000.00 by eliminating one beam. The only issue was that Tom the salesman said they can level the floors but Dan right away said FSM only stabilize floors and never try to raise floors to get them level. We solved the issue by my purchase of a 20 ton bottle jack used to raise the main beam where it had broken. The home is a 125 year old lake cottage built back when main beams were put on rocks to support the structure. Overall the pricing for the project was better than Ayres Basement Co. FSM has 18 month no interest financing that helped our decision to pick FSM.

Just had FSM come for annual crawl space maintenance. I appreciate knowing my home is protected. The sump pump system, air quality along with central dehumidifier all work together to make my house a comfortable home to live in. Today's tech, Chad Tower, was a pleasure to deal with. Over two years ago i had another individual come out, check my foundation and preceded to tell me that my house was going to collapse if my 1/2 drop working towards the main drain, went any further. Saying the only reason the collapse had not occurred yet, was due to the solid poured concrete walls. No solution other than at this point the house will stay standing. With that knowledge my house was on the verge of falling in on itself I finally decided to call sometime later to see if the inevitable was here. Thank goodness I got Mark Dunbar! Wish I would have asked the first time he was out instead of waiting longer. Come to find out all the worry over the past two years was unnecessary! He took the time to explain in detail why the house was good and what to look for in the event something does need to be addressed. You can see Marks passion for delivering correct information while keeping customers interest first and foremost! I’ll definitely be calling him when we need to purchase our quality made whole house dehumidifier!! Thanks again Mark for the phenomenal customer service!!

We hired FSM to level our sidewalk/walkway sections. Jayden B and Carter S arrived promptly this morning and did an excellent job! They met with us to discuss our concerns and needs so they could be sure the completed job met our expectations. We were given explanations throughout the process so that we understood what they were accomplishing. They invited us to watch the work and take photos or videos if we wanted. These guys really understand the work they are doing and accomplish their task with respect for the property. They had great attention to detail and did their work effectively and efficiently. We will need to have our driveway leveled next year and will not only call FSM, but will request Jayden and Carter do the work.
