We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.

We called Mount Valley last Friday to get an estimate on some foundation repairs that have gotten progressively worse. They scheduled an appointment that day for Wednesday of next week. Dino Rhoads was the technician who came to assess the issue. He called to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He was very considerate and polite and had a vast amount of knowledge. The assessment took several hours and I was amazed at how thorough he was in getting exact details so that he could best create a plan for us. When he finished looking at, around, and under the house, we sat for at least an hour where he shared pictures of what he saw and explained in detail what they indicated. I never got the feeling like he was trying to sell me anything that I didn't specifically ask for and need. Dino showed excellent professionalism, and an exceptional knowledge of our situation and the best ways to remedy them. I'm very impressed! I would absolutely recommend their services! And, ask for Dino!

It’s scary contracting with Foundation companies as the cost of thousands of dollars is in the offing. Our 85 year-old house in Wagener Terrace needed 11 floor and structural supports. Kevin reviewed the crawlspace with me and the work was performed by Derek and TJ, resulting in what now feels like a new house! More specifically, the trust that Kevin relays and the extraordinary and professional job efforts of Derek and TJ resulted in a superior outcome. These individuals have done Mt. Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!

We had Don Lester come out to inspect our encapsulation and dehumidifier efficiency. He did an amazing job asking clarifying questions to ensure everything was inspected and measured thoroughly. He was punctual, polite, and had excellent communication skills. In the end, he was able to map out our home and come up with an effective plan to resolve some issues we had with our foundation and made sure I understood everything clearly before and after his inspections.
