History
Ted Munkres began his career in 1980 building homes in the Grand Junction area. His knowledge of the soil conditions and climate combined with his vast experience helped him found Foundation Repair of Western Colorado in 2005. In 2020, Foundation Repair of Western Colorado partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company. Foundation Repair of Western Colorado was honored with the Angi Super Service Award in 2021. Their expertise in the industry has helped them repair thousands of homes across the state.

Foundation repair installed jacks under my house last year and every part of the process has been great. Mike, who did the initial visit and assessment, Blake and his crew who did installation, and Jeremy who did the first year follow up- have all been knowledgeable, professional, and given really excellent customer service. The most recent follow up with Jeremy was especially helpful, he answered all of my questions and took the time to go through options with me to better protect my foundation. That time and thoroughness makes me have a lot of trust and appreciation for this business.
