Bob Lambert has been very responsive through the whole process. He was willing to meet with us multiple times even before we had closed on our house and worked well with our contractor. The team who did the work completed everything within the expected time frame and did a wonderful job explaining our new system.

Michael provided an outstanding customer experience and excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also took the time to answer my questions and offered suggestions for future enhancements. He truly went above and beyond!

Since we moved in we have had water issues in our basement that have made life miserable. Chris and his crew were amazing and completed our entire basement in 3 days and were very informative and respectful as I work from home and have many zoom meetings and i was never interrupted. Our basement looks amazing and I am looking forward to never seeing water again!

Great experience and made a huge difference in my basement. The communication was excellent with Beth, and Steven and his crew are extremely hard working. They finished on time, on budget, and were available for questions anytime. I have already referred them to friends.

They have the knowledge and ability to adjust on the fly. On the job replacing my bulkhead door, stairs and homemade basement door, they had to adapt because my stairwell wasn’t standard size. They easily added a few more steps and then custom built a frame for the new basement door.

Excellent team. Very happy with how my dehumidifier is working in my basement. So easy. No more emptying buckets and basement remains consistent. Bob and Josh are knowledgeable, customer oriented and explained the unit and process clearly. I highly recommend if you are concerned with moisture in your basement.

Install of sump pump was spectacular. The technicians were respectful of our home and left the area so clean. Sales team is knowledgeable and available at all times to answer questions. We couldn’t be happier

Beth, the project manager, came up with a basic, cost-effective plan which was exactly what we wanted for addressing our water issue in the crawl space. Patrick, who did the labor in drilling through our ledge to deepen the sump pump hole, worked extremely hard. He was determined to reach the depth goal and succeeded by the end of the day!

Patrick was here today for install and was so informative and friendly. The crew did an amazing job and we highly recommend then! Logan our sales guy was wonderful also!

This was a hard job. This team worked in a crawl space. The crew did the job and left the basement clean. The crew boss kept me in the loop and explained every step that was being done every day. When it was complete, I was given a walk through and an explanation of what to expect and how the system works and to call with any issues.

Josh and his team were very skilled and efficient in their work together, explained everything when I asked questions, were friendly and courteous, fun to watch and talk with them while they worked. They cleaned up everything afterwards.

The team did a great job with the project. They were on time every day and they left at a reasonable hour. They even cleaned up and dusted off the appliances which was unexpected but very appreciated. At the end of the project, they recapped everything with me, wrapped up and were gone as swiftly as they showed up. No complaints.

Patrick, Steve and Jake did a great job waterproofing the basement of our antique home. We appreciate their hard work, keeping us informed as the project proceeded and leaving the job site in a clean manner at the end of each day. Patrick was thorough in our final walk through at the end of the project and we feel confident that our new waterproofing system in our basement is in good hands.
