Ian and his team did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement. They were on time, got the job done faster than anticipated and left it very clean. He kept us updated throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly and got our sump pumps replaced with brand new ones in a highly efficient manner. Aaron and Groundworks have done very well in helping us keep water out of our basement and maintain a good foundation for the overall maintenance of our property.

They also take the time to explain what the problem is and why they’re proposing a specific solution which is not something you normally get. Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress.

We had to fix our foundation before we sold and it was time sensitive. They got the engineering done quickly, worked the permits with the county, and then got it scheduled and completed within days of receiving the permits. Would highly recommend!

Jeremy with Groundworks gave me an estimate on wall repair, concrete step and driveway leveling. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the repairs would be made and probably what happen to make these repairs necessary.

Groundworks arrived on time, had Ivan & Diago do a great job of lifting two slabs and taking care of some cracks, they were very professional and left with our driveway clean and looking great.
