****** and ***** did an excellent job on my concrete lift repair. My porch and front walk had dropped over 3" and they were able to bring it back up to almost the original position. They were careful not to bind my door or damage the porch rails. They explained to me the importance of having the porch positioned so that drainage went away from the house. They provided a seal and cosmetic patch between the house and porch, which was an unexpected service that they provided. I couldn't be more happy with the result! They were professional, careful and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Groundworks.

Last year we had Groundworks come and waterproof our basement. I am extremely satisfied with not only the work but communication and professionalism from every member of the team! I scheduled our one year maintenance for a technician to come out clean the drains, sump pump, and just make sure everything is working properly. Aspen arrived on time, kind and very professional. Wyatt (foreman) called every morning to let us know he and his crew (Tucker and Dom) we on there way. Wyatt checked in every morning when he arrived and let us know the plan for the day, and the evening to give an update of progress. The work was difficult, in a cold,wet and very confined space in the crawlspace. Wyatt diligently made sure every aspect of the work was done to the highest quality. The end result was a fully encapsulated crawlspace, with water remediation piping and pumps installed. Very happy with the work from this Groundworks team.

John, Josh, and Quade arrived on time. They completed the removal of the old insulation in the crawl space and installed styrofoam boards and spray foam to the interior side of the foundation. John showed me a lot of pictures of the finished product and it looked wonderful not having the old insulation hanging down. They did a great job! Groundwork’s has been a very reliable company and will continue to use on my yearly maintenance .

Groundwork’s just completed repair on our sunken walkway and cracked driveway. We have lived in our house 27 years and our aggregate walkway sunk down from our driveway approximately 3 inches. It was becoming dangerous and a serious tripping hazard. They came out to look at it, scheduled us in, and were able to complete our repairs a week earlier than planned. They showed up on time and completed the work in the time they estimated. The workers were respectful and professional. The repair work was better than we expected. It was completely cleaned up, swept clean and perfect. We highly recommend Groundworks and will call them again for any future repairs.

Samuel and Kevin did a very good job of leveling our concrete entry patio. They were on-time, walked me through the job, and safely completed the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I was impressed by how they address the cracks after leveling: applying an epoxy and topping off with small pebbles. It looks great! Thank you!
