I highly recommend Groudworks, which did my waterproofing basement project, because their workmen were knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. In addition, their company offers an array of financial options which are affordable. Stephan Adams, the contractor, did an excellent job of servicing my needs from the beginning to the end. Thyler Hendrix, the foreman of the crew, did a super job of keeping me informed of their progress and oversaw this project to make sure my needs were met. Joshua Tutt and Juan Osorio, the crew members, were highly skilled and all 3 worked cooperatively together as a terrific team. In addition, Lilly and the office staff were very helpful and friendly. In short, I highly recommend this company which has these problems.

Groundwork’s just completed repair on our sunken walkway and cracked driveway. We have lived in our house 27 years and our aggregate walkway sunk down from our driveway approximately 3 inches. It was becoming dangerous and a serious tripping hazard. They came out to look at it, scheduled us in, and were able to complete our repairs a week earlier than planned. They showed up on time and completed the work in the time they estimated. The workers were respectful and professional. The repair work was better than we expected. It was completely cleaned up, swept clean and perfect. We highly recommend Groundworks and will call them again for any future repairs.

We were very pleased with Zachary who conducted our initial inspection under our house and the detailed pictures that he took to show us what we couldn’t see. He was very friendly and professional. The presentation after the inspection was very informative and easy to understand. I would recommend this company if you have water under your house or cracking concrete.

From start to finish Groundworks was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Our estimator, Jerry, arrived on time and explained the process in detail even providing a short video demonstrating how the crack in our entry would be repaired. He set our expectations by clearly laying out the next steps. Lily followed up to schedule our repair stating Samuel and Kelvin would be out to handle the repair and to make sure we were prepared in advance. Samuel and Kelvin arrived on time and at the end of the job answered all of questions assuring us the repair was guaranteed and would blend in with time. He went through the checklist and even humored me by posing for a picture! His manager Daniel followed up a few days later to make sure all went well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. At this time we have none and feel this was the correct way to make the repair since Samuel had informed us there were many voids under the slab. I feel that the other options we had considered would not have addressed these issues. Daniel informed us if any concerns do come up to reach out as they would be happy to resolve these. We highly recommend Groundworks. They’re awesome!

I can't speak highly enough about Groundworks. I had a complicated crawlspace problem, including water intrusion. I got several proposals from different companies and individual contractors. Groundworks's proposal wasn't the cheapest, but it was the best. Their drainage and sump pump system has finally fixed my problem. The whole crew was super professional and skilled, and I want especially to commend Corey Meyers who went above and beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that every aspect of the work was done to my satisfaction.

We had Groundworks correct a foundation problem in our 28-yr-old house, and install a foundation drain with sump and pump. The engineering (Jerry) and the crew (Mkoma, Waldo, Quaid and Joshua) were excellent and very professional. Mkoma provided regular updates, they all kept to promised arrival/departure times, and even finished the work on-budget and under the quoted time frame. The drain and pump perform well. Very satisfied with all aspects of their work and customer service.

John, Josh, and Quade arrived on time. They completed the removal of the old insulation in the crawl space and installed styrofoam boards and spray foam to the interior side of the foundation. John showed me a lot of pictures of the finished product and it looked wonderful not having the old insulation hanging down. They did a great job! Groundwork’s has been a very reliable company and will continue to use on my yearly maintenance .

This team is amazing. I had a very reasonable quote done along with some great upgrade options and once finalized they were very accommodating on booking my appointment quick. I got a call before they came out (which is always nice) and Tyler and his crew (Juan and Syrell) showed up right on time. They were courteous and took care of my house around the area they were working. They even managed to get done early which freed up my afternoon. Great experience all around. Thanks.
