Groundworks sent an excellent crew headed by Gabriel Amaya with Juan, Mauro and John. Their first action was to ensure the work area of the basement would be dust free by enclosing the area with plastic. They were familiar with the bentonite clay soils below and had proper equipment to install new pile foundations and the two columns for support of the upper floor. I was impressed with Groundworks' versatility in handling the adverse soil conditions and their neat work habits.

Ben, Bobby, and Nick installed five jacks in our basement to fix what the last person we hired did incorrectly. The communication from the entire Groundworks company was really strong throughout. They were on time each day and finished ahead of time. We did have an issue come up (not with their craftsmanship) and it was addressed promptly and professionally. Every company promises customer satisfaction and that they'll get it right, but Groundworks stands by their reputation and will make sure you're happy with the results.
