I settled on GROUNDWORKS after doing my research of two other similar companies and BOY did I make the right decision ! The crew arrived exactly on time and immediately began the process of transforming my hideously neglected basement. Led by Joe K., the team of Todd F. and Terrence P. worked diligently for two days straight. Joe's knowledge and advice were spot on and his attention to detail was stellar! Questions asked were answered clearly and I felt like they were working in a relatives' basement- that's how respectful, clean and precise they were. The crew was professional and outstanding. The work was done in timely fashion, photos were provided for before and after. We walked the house perimeter together to address any questions I had. In addition to doing quality work, they went out of their way to be kind and helpful to my elderly mother. My dog escaped the yard while they were there – definitely not the crews fault. The crew lead walked with my mother to retrieve the dog so that she wouldn't risk falling. In my opinion that spoke volumes about character!!! I will be sure to recommend Groundworks to anyone I know needing foundation repair or raising.

The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.
