Keevan, Jarell and Hunter from Ohio Basement authorities came out yesterday to resolve an issue I had . They called letting me know they were on the way to my home and would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and went over all the work they would be performing. They performed all the work and cleaned up every were they were working. They asked me if everything meet my expectations before leaving. Super happy with us crew of guys. Thank you Ohio Basement authorities for sending out this fantastic crew of guys. Chase did a great job of assessing the issues and giving me options without making me feel like I was being sold something. When it came time to do the work Iran H, Chris M, and Ricky G did an awesome job. They were very professional throughout the process. I appreciated that they outlined and reviewed their work with me. OBA provided clear communication and timely scheduling. They were able to come out to our house within a few days of my initial call. Chase was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made what could be an overwhelming situation stress-free, and although we realized the root cause of our issue is not something OBA can provide a solution for, I would highly recommend using them to friends and family.
