Chelsa came out, did a very thorough inspection, and gave an estimate on replacing a rotten sill plate. Iran,Chris, and Zach came the next week right on time, they were very polite and professional and did a great job. I do feel the price I paid was a bit high for a 3 hour repair and $150 in lumber, but the people were great.

Vanessa has been really easy and fun to work with!! She included everything on our wish list to the proposed floor plan which was surprising given our small space! She was very honest and so easy to communicate with. Even after she left I reached out to see if she could change something on our floor plan, and she had the changes sent to me within a few hours. I highly recommend Chase! He went above and beyond with his inspection and made sure I understood not only the solutions available to me but even taught me about how foundations of homes are built – which I didn’t know too much about considering my house was built in the late 1800s. He was able to help me with finding a solution to my concerns and I trust that my house will be in good hands.
