Vanessa has been really easy and fun to work with!! She included everything on our wish list to the proposed floor plan which was surprising given our small space! She was very honest and so easy to communicate with. Even after she left I reached out to see if she could change something on our floor plan, and she had the changes sent to me within a few hours. Stephen from Ohio Basement Authority was able to come at emergency notice and fix a problem with my sump pump that was causing it to spill water into my basement during a storm. Even if he hadn’t been able to come so quickly he had already put out a notification to other basement waterproofing companies in our area that there was an emergency and that I needed help quickly, putting my needs over that of any monetary motivation.

My crawlspace was a disaster, Ohio Basement Authority was the answer. Iran Hass, Chris M. And Zack K. Attacked the job like true professionals, From installing the sump pumps to the clean air system. The whole job only took two days and they cleaned up afterwards as well. I'd recommend the Ohio Basement Authority for anyone in need of crawlspace and basement encapsulation. My mold and mildew concerns are taken care of, Thanks to the Ohio Basement Authority. And thanks to the great workers Iran H. Cris M. And Zack K. For the great install!

Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

This is my second pending job with Ohio basement. The inspector, James Sandlin, was on time, communicative and extremely easy to work with. He was very thorough and was at my home for several hours taking a wide variety of measurements. His recommendation was in line what I assumed I needed and gave me confidence in my purchase decision. For this critical type of work I highly recommend James and Ohio basement.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Ohio Basement Authority! From the very beginning, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Scheduling my appointment was easy as can be, and I really appreciated receiving a prompt appointment confirmation that kept me in the loop. On the day of the appointment, Chase and Chelsa were fantastic. They arrived right on time, which I truly value working from home and in meetings most of the day. They were thorough and professional, taking the time to carefully check both the inside and outside of my home to identify any potential issues. What I appreciated most was their thorough and honest consultation and recommendations for how to best handle some of the issues they found. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone here in the tri-state!

Ohio Basement Authority did not provide the cheapest estimate, but they were the most professional in their presentation. Dan made a thorough inspection of our house and then spent much time explaining the problem and how they would fix it. We were very impressed with Dan , and the company.
