Tony Elzholz called us when he was in route to our home, let us know when he was arriving and arrived at the exact time of the appointment. Co-founders Mike and Gayle Rusk knew from experience there was a right and wrong way to make home improvements. In 1999 they started Ohio Basement Systems and literally built it from the ground up, starting with the basement. They knew that customer service and sales integrity needed to be core factors for the company to succeed.
And succeed it did! Growing from a small business to employing more than 100 people. Every day, each team member strives to deliver exceptional customer service with every customer interaction. Based outside of Cleveland, Ohio Basement Systems is proud to serve homeowners throughout Northern Ohio including Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Sandusky, Bowling Green, and nearby.
In September of 2019, Ohio Basement Systems was excited to join Groundworks. The joining allows Ohio Basement Systems access to cutting-edge products to better serve the homeowners of Ohio.
