FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I had AFS look at a foundation issue I had at my home. Tommy came out and examined the house and told me what needed to be done and what didn’t the house didn’t need. I was quoted a very fair price! After signing the contract the work was scheduled for the following week: the installation of two helical piers. Cesar, Miguel and Juan, the installation crew, arrived on time and completed the work in a day. They explained everything they were doing and were patient with my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend AFS for any foundation issues. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you all!!!!

Alpha Foundations did a great job with my crawlspace insulation and drainage job. Christian was very thorough after reviewing my crawlspace, offering solutions and making sure to answer every question. The installation team of Dale, Tori, and Darian were great, completing the job quickly and efficiently. I crawled under a few days after they left and was really impressed by their work. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best team at the job, lead by Alex Alejandro two more persons Adrian and Gustavo fixed our foundation issues with piers support for foundation and screw jacks for the floor to level up. Cliff Wertz and George Wertz of Baker's Waterproofing were fantastic. Very polite and respectful of my daughter and me and of the property. They were very clean and worked extremely hard and were extra taxed by the heat, working in 90+ degrees for two days doing very hard labor and precision work with the jacks. I would definitely have them back if I'd ever need anything else they provide.

Recently purchased a commercial grade dehumidifier from FRS and had it installed in our crawl space. Timber was very knowledgeable about the product and size of unit we needed. The installation crew arrived on time and made a modification to the wooden frame of our crawl space entrance to enable the unit to fit through the opening and be properly installed. A few months later, Timber stopped by to check on things to be certain that the unit was functioning properly and that there was no kink in the drain hose or anything. As a result, the crawl space is bone dry despite the high temperatures and humidity we have had this summer. The unit is doing what it is designed to do. We are very satisfied with Foundation Recovery Systems and recommend their services.
