My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. I had foundation repair work done at my Aunt Mary’s house which included replacing a load bearing structural beam 18’ long and installing 8 jacks and 4 metal beams. The crew was fantastic, they kept me updated throughout the process, they were under the house for 3 days. They worked diligently with very few breaks to finish the project.
