Cannot stress how great this company is. Had an old house with foundation issues. Alan was great, came out for a free estimate, and was very honest with me. We had a lot to consider and Alan was able to give me any information and help I needed. We ended up adding beams and supports. Their team was very polite, came out and had it fixed in a few hours. Top notch work and customer service. I would highly recommend AFS. They are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, and a strong foundation is worth every penny.

Fairly new homeowner and we had some issues with our main floor bathroom ceiling separating from the wall. Concerned there may some foundational issues. AFS had great reviews so I went with a free inspection to see what they could find. Jesse came out during cold weather and explained in depth the company, the work, and the fix. Found a lot more wrong with the house than I would've ever imagined, but I believe they have expertise in their work. Have a lot to think about before making any decisions. Will follow up with a new review if we proceed with recommended work.

I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to shoot it straight and genuinely try to help, I highly recommend Wade for any foundation work you may need.
