So I contacted JES to get a quote on crawlspace encapsulation. We were then contacted by Joseph McCullough. We made an appointment to schedule an inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We did finally decide on the job, but unfortunately were unable to go through with the home improvement at this time. I do however recommend him if you are thinking of any type of foundation repairs.

My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.

Chad Anderson, JES Certified Field Inspector, diagnosed and solved a years long basement water issue by suggesting I run my water related kitchen and laundry appliances while he was inspecting my home’s foundation for water seepage in the unfinished basement. Turned out the problem was not basement’s foundation at all, but rather a plumbing drainage issue. Chad Anderson is an exemplary professional. He was thorough in his diagnosing and deliberations with me throughout his visit. He couldn’t have been more patient, insightful and good-natured in spite of the outcome of his inspection. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone seeking honest assessment of suspected foundation issues.

James was very helpful for coming back to inspect my crawlspace and dehumidifier for when I wasn't home the first time. The circuit breaker for the whole house was previously tripped and I never cut the dehumidifier back on after the fact – I wasn't home to help them access the panel the first time – James came out to check on the working dehumidifier and also helped explain what he wrote in his previous inspection summary.
