On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn’t just say I am done we can’t do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That’s not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Michael think you for being a caring person to a stranger who need help in more ways the knew. Thank you so kindly.

We had our yearly inspection with Caden… he was absolutely genuine and very professional. He noticed that there was black mold in the crawl space and he recommended that have it insulated and waterproofed. We also needed some electrical work done to allow our sub pump to run properly. Our project was scheduled for Feb 3rd. We were extremely impressed with how well the foreman Iran * communicated with us and made sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. His team of Chris *. And Earl * were extremely friendly and did a great job with clearing out the mess from inside the crawl space. We are very pleased with how well the project was completed.

JES was a great experience: Original contact Josh was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained the process and realistic expectations. Set repair date less than a week away. Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.
