Working with Justin to set up an appointment was very professional. We had a little hiccup but Justin and Ohio Basement Authority corrected things and made it right. That is greatly appreciated. OBA sent out a great crew of Tyler and Earl! Very professional and personable. Walked me through everything they were going to do and made suggestions along the way. They did an amazing job with the concrete lifting as well as cleaning up afterwards. After working with Justin, Tyler and Earl, I will be employing them for later projects. Thanks, OBA!

James came to our property to discuss some concrete leveling early on a very rainy Saturday morning, and I could not have asked for a more honest representative for Ohio Basement Authority. While we will not be moving forward with this specific job, we will certainly be contacting them for any future needs. He was candid, open, and honest.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Ohio Basement Authority! From the very beginning, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Scheduling my appointment was easy as can be, and I really appreciated receiving a prompt appointment confirmation that kept me in the loop. On the day of the appointment, Chase and Chelsa were fantastic. They arrived right on time, which I truly value working from home and in meetings most of the day. They were thorough and professional, taking the time to carefully check both the inside and outside of my home to identify any potential issues. What I appreciated most was their thorough and honest consultation and recommendations for how to best handle some of the issues they found. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone here in the tri-state!

After 30 years in our home, our foundation was in serious need of repair. Ohio Basement Authorities was selected to do the repair work needed to stabilize the home. They were very professional and quickly demonstrated that they had the expertise and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently get the job done. Very impressive was that a team of just 3 dug out a massive amount of dirt along the entire side of our house which then allowed them to install necessary materials to stabilize the foundation. Additionally, these 3 completed all needed work in less than a day and a half! Big shout out to Elijah, Robert and Isaiah W. from the Ohio Basement Authorities Branch in Cincinnati Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Each of the workmen worked hard and was helpful and cheerful. They each did a great job and answered all questions. Ryan and Bryan did a bang-up job lifting and repairing the steps. Curtis, Jordan and Chris went the extra mile in solidifying the foundation and dealing with the unexpected in the basement, Jabaree, Garrett, and Danny did the waterproofing work, installed the dehumidifier and finished with the final concrete work. Hollis, my project manager, was available whenever I needed an answer, My Thanks to each of them for their workmanship.

5 star review for Dan! Dan as an inspector came out to our house and had a genuine interest in our home, the problem we were having and thoroughly explained his background experience and cared for us. Dan did not even mention a sale price to us once during our inspection. I felt he trusted and comfortable with our experience with OBA because of our experience with Dan. Will be giving them a call in the future for our Basement repair needs.

I have been noticing cracks in the outside corners of my foundation walls. Contacted a foundation repair company for an opinion. The representative arrived, spent 15 minutes looking at the cracking corners and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair my failing foundation. He didn't ask to go inside to look at the basement walls and never once reached out to me (other than emailing his estimate for repair) after leaving. Today I met with Max Waller from your company! From the very beginning Max was amazing! He brought a laser level and showed me the slight changes in the foundation due to settling over time. He went inside to the basement and took additional measurements of changes to the walls. In total he spent close to 2.5 hours inspecting, measuring and answering my many questions. By the time he finished I had complete confidence that his assessment of my foundation was honest and accurate! I plan on having him back out for a follow up towards the end of the summer months. You have special team member in Max!!
Home Repair Specialists in Cincinnati
Cincinnati is situated along the Ohio River in southwest Ohio. This area and nearby locales including Hamilton, Mason, and Middletown have a fairly humid, continental type of climate. Cold and snowy winters, wet springs, and hot and rainy summers keep the area and its soil well-saturated. The Cincinnati soil series is made up of deep, well-drained soils that contain silt loam, silty clay loam, and clay loam. The clay soil can have a significant impact on your home’s foundation by expanding and exerting incredible pressure on the walls. This leads to wall cracks, bowing, and water leaks. Moisture and humidity also can easily infiltrate your home through the basement or crawl space and contribute to mold growth, sagging floors, and pest infestations.
While these problems are common in Cincinnati homes, they’re not normal to live with. Your health and your home’s structural stability will be negatively impacted the longer they are neglected. But the professionals at Ohio Basement Authority can help you better protect your home by installing permanent, fully customizable foundation, basement, crawl space, and concrete repair solutions.
