Kolden Kicklighter came to our house to inspect our crawl space. He showed us videos of the area, several moisture readings and pictures of our floor joists. He presented two options for encapsulating the crawl space that will permanently solve our moisture problems and prevent future foundation problems. Kolden was very prepared, very knowledgeable, very thorough and VERY professional. We were quite impressed. We got a 2nd quote that was considerably more and didn't provide the materials and warranty Mount Valley offers. We are sure we'll be pleased with Mount Valley.

Robert Dunn, Ryan LevepRio Roberson, and Trel Pearson gave excellent service at my home on a 2 day work assignment. They all showed respect and enjoyable attitudes. We had a few laughs and I enjoyed their company. The 2 days, and about 12 hours each day , were extremely hot and humid! However, they prevailed and kept up the hard work with a smile and kind word! Very appreciative of their work ethic.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with contractors, start to finish. Our basement was flooding during every heavy rain. We called a few companies and settled on Mount Valley for their reviews and response. They came out, quoted us a great price for a lot of work, and a few weeks later showed up to do it. Upon arrival, the site supervisor noticed that the layout we'd drawn up might not work with the water issues we were having. He made the change on site, got everything where it needed to be, and was out on time. The work ended up being less, and Mount Valley submitted a change order to actually give me my savings. John, Jeremy, Desmond, and Marty were all excellent communicators, diligent workers, and I couldn't be happier. Truly a pleasure of an experience. I wish Mount Valley could do my electrical and plumbing work next.

Job was quoted, accepted, and then they followed through exactly as promised. Mike Zelewski went above and beyond my expectations getting the huge job done when promised. We have a 3 year old son so getting our basement fixed was #1 priority. MVFS made us feel like they respected that. I 100% recommend them for any foundation service needs. My job was 60 linear feet, 12 inches wide, about 5 inches deep. Closed gutter system into sump pump. All interior walk out basement. They also installed vapor barrier on all interior block walls.

I have experience as an HR Recruiter and I can tell you that they are BOTH the kinds of employees that ANY COMPANY would love to have on board! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, personable, thorough, they answered all of my questions, and they did it all while being KIND!!! Mt. Valley foundation services just completed our crawl space encapsulation today. We are very, very pleased. Robert Dunn, foreman, and his crew, Ryan Lever abd Darryl Thorpe did an excellent job. They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were professional, polite and respectful. They showed us before and after pictures. It's amazing how different our crawl space looks. This will save us $ on electricity and prevent possible future foundation issues. If you need your crawl space encapsulated, you cannot go wrong with Mt Valley Foundation Services. We highly recommend them.

He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue.
