Jake and his team Ernest and Jaime did such an amazing and efficient job on our foundation repair! They were aware that our special needs son has asthma and they were very careful to try to mitigate the dust as much as possible and they worked so hard to get the job finished on time to try to reduce disruption to our home life, and they were actually able to finish the job early! They were all very respectful, and Jake kept us informed every step of the way during the repair. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. We obtained estimates from 3 different foundation companies and we are so grateful we chose Groundworks. We highly recommend Jake and his team!

We cannot say enough good things about Cody Wellner from Groundworks. I have never received such kindness, good communication, and marvelous customer service from a construction company. Cody came out and explained everything to us and very patiently answered all our questions. A crew came out and did the work. They were very kind and considerate. They did a great job laying plastic and respecting the rest of the house. We did have a couple of issues with the work done. There was some damage to a window sill and they cut some carpet that they should have just rolled back. Luckily for us, it was Cody Wellner to the rescue again. He took the time and effort to come out and rebuild the landing to the stairs, fix the window sill, and relay the cut carpet to make the area useable until we get it fixed correctly. Groundworks is going to reimburse us for the carpet damage. This is an amazing company with a marvelous staff! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.
