"I'm a Realtor that had a problem: the house I was selling had a major foundation problem. Usually, this can be death to selling a house. I researched different contractors and companies for my out-of-state seller. Groundworks came out and gave a very detailed estimate, explaining exactly what they would do, how they would fix the problem, and what equipment and technology they would use. The seller agreed this was the right solution, and we moved forward. Groundworks took care of everything, including permitting, making the process easy. Immediately after receiving the permits, Groundworks sent up to Monterey a fantastic team of three - Zachary Hersey, Michael Hersey, and Kai Simpson. All three of these young men were excellent. They worked hard, long hours, communicated clearly and consistently - every day I was sent texts or calls, along with photos of the work that was done. They endeavored to leave the home and yard better than how they found it - I was so impressed. I was able to share the progress each day with my seller. And after the work was done, the structure was stabilized, the problems fixed. Now, I can put the house back on the market, knowing the new buyers have a wonderful home with a great warranty on the foundation work. -- I want to send an extra shout-out to Zachary. He was such a pleasant, easy to talk to young man. He answered all questions, fixed any problems immediately, and honestly I think he'd make an excellent sales-person for this company. Being a single lady, I felt very comfortable around all three of them. Neighbors came out to ask Zachary's opinions on their homes too, and I'll bet he could have signed up another customer or two who would have benefited from what Groundworks offers. If the owners of the company ever asked my opinion of this 3-person crew with Zachary at the lead, I'd say they should do whatever they can to hang onto them - Zachary, Michael, and Kai would have made them proud! I've already recommended Groundworks to other Realtors in my office, and I would have them ask specifically for Zachary's crew if they can!"
