"Our home of 31 years had developed foundation problems directly related to ground water that eroded the earth under one corner of our foundation causing a two inch drop on that corner of the house. An underground spring had erupted in the earth beneath our home that had overwhelmed our current French drains and single sump pump. Groundworks came in and engineered a ground water mitigation system with a new crawl space drainage system, two state of the art sump pump systems with backup pumps and alarms, replaced our vapor barrier and raised and underpinned our foundation corner. Their work met all engineering plans and passed all inspections. They came back out twice to make minor adjustments ensuring all was to our satisfaction. The water mitigation crew of Anthony, Jordan and Jonathan and the Foundation crew of David, Tripp and Keegan, as well as the staff behind the scenes coordinating the work, engineering, scheduling, and permitting all did an exemplary job in essentially saving our home. I can’t say enough about their attention to details and making sure all our needs were met. I most highly recommend Groundworks."
