When it came time for production, Nikki from scheduling was on top of it, sending out Foremen Roger, Zack, and their crew (Juan, Mikey, Kai, and Derek). This team is the definition of hardworking. Roger walked me through the entire plan before starting. He actually noticed that one of the walls didn't need the gutter system after all. Instead of just doing unnecessary work, he removed that portion and did me a huge favor by removing some wallboard in exchange. The crew was respectful, kept the workspace clean, and the installation quality was top-notch. From the moment Roger explained the plan, I knew I was in good hands.
