I’m ecstatic to have the burden of a wet basement lifted. The whole process of meeting with Jared, coming up with a plan and getting it done was seamless. I had a disaster of a basement and he made me feel comfortable about how it could be made much better. He is a master problem solver and just what I needed. The crew of Lee, Camryn and Joshua finished the job today. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process took. They were professional yet kind and personable. There were lots of smiles so I think they really like their job. They answered all my questions and left the space much, much better than they found it. I am so grateful. I cannot say enough about this team and I highly recommend.

10/10 Highly recommend using Foundation Recovery Systems. Their specialist Cole, is top teir. He was thorough in his inspection of our foundation issue and explained every step in fixing it. We were really impressed with how friendly and polite Cole was throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to make a personal connection with us, and by the time he was finished it was we had known him for years. His confidence in his team really put my family at ease. I am happy to write a favorable review of the work done by Lee, Camryn, and Joshua of Foundation Recovery Systems. The trio worked diligently and efficiently to raise and stabilize the foundation of our house. They were on time, they worked hard, and they communicated with me through every step of the process. When they were done, not only was our home level again, but they had cleaned up the jobsite and left me with little to do to put things back in order. I am very pleased with their work and my entire experience with Foundation Recovery Systems.

We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.

We had an excellent experience with Cole, Nate, Brian, and Clayton. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.
