Mark Gladish is one of the best inspectors I've ever met. Truthful, transparent, efficient, and works with integrity. He took the time to show me the exact measurements of my floors and explain what all was going on. I appreciated his time and attention to detail. We worked on the right plan for my house together and he showed me exactly how much it would cost to fix the issue ive been having with my floors. Though it doesnt fit in the budget right now, im looking forward to working with Mark Gladish and his team at Indiana Foundation Service. Couldnt recommend these guys more.
