I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! What a terrific experience, Josh Berner let the foundation crew and those three guys worked so hard. We’re very professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Jonah leading the crawlspace team were likewise extremely hard-working polite they explained things to me and we’re very professional. And lastly, the team that came and did the poly were in and out of here you couldn’t even tell it they left the space so neat and clean they got to it explained what they were going to do and did it thank you everyone you were great to work with. These guys continue to hit it out of the park Steven, David and Isaiah. We’re here to finish the project. They were totally professional friendly knowledgeable kept me informed and like the other crew cleaned up after themselves definitely a five star rating.

Actually, I was both surprised and impressed with how well I was "Kept in the loop". This was a big job and investment for me. I was a bit skeptical, anxious and overwhelmend all at the same time. But Steven explained what was going on (and why) such that I became confident that we (mainly me) were doing the right thing. We recently had foundation stabilization work completed on our building, along with foam lifting on a section of the sidewalk, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. While the long-term results will naturally be seen over time, the quality of the work performed was evident, and the team was professional from start to finish. Steven, David, and Isaiah did an excellent job and were always responsible, courteous, and respectful while working on site. The poly foam work completed by Jordan and Hector was handled efficiently and professionally, and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. A special thanks as well to Sheldon, the inspector, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the project. What stood out the most was the communication. Everyone involved kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.
