They were professional and courteous from the time they showed up until the time they completed the job. They kept us informed of any problems and the status of the work. We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.

Called to have some cracks in my slab foundation looked at. Will Hedgecock came out and looked at it and explained that this is a common problem with the soils here. I had a lot of anxiety about doing significant work to the house as I have just retired in the last year and still have a lot of decisions to make regarding if I will keep a residence here.
