Been having some foundation issues and decided to give these folks a call. Kevin Macdonald (Certified Field Inspector) came over and did a very thorough inspection of our foundation & crawl space. He measured moisture levels in the walls and floors and came up with several solutions we could choose from. He did a great job explaining areas that needed addressing and how FRS would go about fixing them. He was at our house for several hours and took a lot of pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.
