When I discovered black mold in my basement, Foundation Recovery Systems came in to help deal with it. The team of Camden Daniel, Kaleb Mann, & Derek Veasman worked together like a well oiled machine. As they were inspecting the area they discovered the basement walls were not structurally sound & needed to be held up with steel beams. I was not expecting to have another bill & I was relieved when Camden worked to get me a discount. The team was very professional, polite and punctual. They kept me informed of the progress & Camden was very thorough & patient as he described the process & answered my questions in a way I could understand. Several local contractors needed to be called in & Camden, Kaleb, & Derek worked well with every one, again explaining the repairs they were making. They worked hard to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I was delighted with the way my basement looked and happy with the impeccable way they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company without reservations.

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. Nick came and did an inspection, then explained what all needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate. Nick was great in all aspects of his job, and we really wanted foundation recovery to do the work, but sorry to say, Nick we really didn't want to put out that kind of money at this time. Nick gets 5 stars, but the overall cost is only reason for the 4 stars. I do say though, you get what you pay for.

Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.
