Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

Struggling with water seepage in the lower level of our house, I wanted to fix the problem once and for all and called Mount Valley. The inspector, Scott, did a detailed review, took the time to discuss everything, and made certain that my questions were answered. He also responded to follow-up questions that I had a few days later. Familiar with sump pump installations, having had one in a prior home, I became convinced that it would be the best way to ensure the problem would be solved. The initial installation schedule was farther out than I wanted, as we were trying to get ready for an influx of family, but MV was able to move us to an earlier date when they had a slot open up on their schedule. The installation foreman, Durand, worked with me to resolve site issues even though it meant another visit a few days later. The final installation was accomplished as Durand, Ron T, and Patrick worked past normal hours as the sun was going down to get the job done. In the end, I was grateful for a professional job by the MV team and the courtesy extended by everyone throughout. They are deserving of a fine review.

We are very thankful that we selected Mount Valley to raise and align the concrete slabs in our garage and sidewalk. Dustin came in july and gave us a very careful estimate and was extremely polite and helpful. And today, Yannis came and worked all day on the job raising and aligning the slabs in the garage and the sidewalk. He was extremely courteous and he was totally dedicated to making us happy with his work- – he did an excellent job!!

From start to finish Mount Valley Foundation did an amazing job. My husband and I just moved from WI into a 1950s home. We would set our AC to 70 and the humidity would make it 85 in the home. We got a few different quotes and made our choice. As a first time home owner it’s always scary trying to find the right pick but Shaun, Dre, and Alex were all very informative about what they were doing and was always patient about me asking questions. After a day of completion we now stay at a nice 70 degree home with low humidity.

Mount Valley Foundation Services made this a much easier process than I anticipated. Trey was super responsive and informative. Josh, Zion, and Daizon were communicative, courteous, and efficient while working on my house. They were professional, quieter than expected, and cleaned up around the work area quickly and thoroughly. I can't recommend them all enough if you need foundation work done.
