He inspected our house from inside and outside, and came up a list of logical suggestions and solutions, based on his expertise on structural engineering. He explained these solutions very well, and it was easy to understand for layperson like me. He was very thorough, and pinpointed small details that several representatives from other companies failed to notice. He was very patient in answering questions and hearing concerns that we had about the house. Overall I highly recommend Doug C.

We had Jacob Rose come out today to look at our foundation and crawlspace. He spent alot of time with us thoroughly explaining each step of the process and recommendations. I don't think anybody wants to have the conversation about mold and uneven floors but he certainly made it easy and with out judgment. I appreciate how open and upfront he was with the whole process. My only minor critique was that he was 15 min late. Overall a positive experience.

I was impressed with the high quality, workman-like approach of the workers. Christian, the crew foreman was flexible and open to making a few adjustments as the plan unfolded. The contract was pretty clear and more detailed than most (I interviewed 4 other companies). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
