The specific project is floor stabilization with minor lift but that isn't an option so i picked encapsulation instead (which K do intend to gave Tar Heel do, down the line). Jay Yount was great salesperson and Ceritified Field Inspector. Foreman David P and crew mates Ernesto "Nestor" and James C were knowledgeable and efficient, arrived on time and got the job done in two days. Results of the floor stabilization were communicated to me clearly before, during and after the work was performed. All my expectations were at least met. Would definitely recommend Tar Heel to friends and family.

I want to thank Tim Martin for providing a prompt and thorough inspection of the crawl space of my Greensboro home. He took extensive photos of the crawl space area and provided expert advice on what needed to be done. I also want to thank the team of foreman Robert Hacker, Josh Murphy, and Tyree for all of their hard work— and during days when the outdoor temperature was in the nineties, it was very hard work indeed! They did a great job removing the old insulation, encapsulating the crawl space, and installing the sump pump and dehumidifier. They were all very polite, helpful, and professional. I am grateful to Tim M., Robert H.,Josh M., and Tyree. I would definitely recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems, especially this particular group!

I talked with 3 companies regarding a moisture/mold problem in my basement and was most impressed with Tar Heel Basements. The initial inspector was thorough and knowledgeable, spending more time checking my foundation both inside and out than Tar Heel's competitors. He answered a lot of questions and assisted with the interest free financing. It was an expensive repair that I was very stressed about, but Tar Heel made it as easy as possible. Once the scheduled week arrived, the technicians provided advanced notice of arrival each day, and showed up on time or early. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered numerous questions. They hung plastic to protect my belongings from the dust and advised regarding their findings (such as termites) as they removed walls and insulation. They coordinated with the electricians for installing power to the sump pump and made sure they cleaned up. Tar Heel kept everything clean and even mopped my floor once the work was completed. I'm very appreciative of Nathan Griffin, Zac Mathis, and James Passmore for their hard work, and the care and consideration they provided while working in my home.

I had quite a bit of work done by Tarheel due to sinking foundation. In total, 10 push piers, poly jacked garage slab, and a carbon fiber wrapped interior corner in the crawl space. Customer service has been good. Robert was a good foreman.
