Honestly I wasn’t fully intending on going through with work, just looking at options as I new there was issues with current drainage system that I could fix myself. However he explained the lifetime warranty and set me up with a reasonable discount that it was worth the peace of mind of setting up an appointment the day he came out to have the work done. I took on some water in my mechanical room and I wanted to get the folks at Grroundworks to take a look. I wanted to make sure that mold and mildew weren't having a sex party in my basement. Patrick came out and did a full inspection of the outer foundation of my home and assessed the state of my basement. He was happy to report that I had no issues, however, he still took the time to mitigate my concerns and gave me some tips on how I can continue to keep my house/home in tip top shape. Shape. Nobody wants to hear their home is in deep trouble. But groundworks are the people you should talk to every step of the way because they will do the job right, fix it the first time and make sure stuff like this doesn't happen again. Thank you JES for a job well done. The crew, led by Foreman Charles Byers, were very professional, conscientious, courteous, hard working young men. Charles explained everything they needed to accomplish as they went along. This was not an easy job, running into several unexpected problems due to inadequate, unstable, unusual footing work done by the builder of 20 years ago. Our pier issues were solved due to the diligent hands on hard work performed by this crew, along with the JES engineers and supervisors that were consulted. They were calm and considered this job just another problem to be solved. This two day job became a labor intensive five day job. We are so very pleased with the final outcome, knowing our house is now safe due to this wonderful crew. Thank you Charles Byers, Chris Weddel, Garrett Williams and Reed Norvel.

I won't bore you with my lengthy story but I will tell you that Nick, Jake, Charles, Alberto and Toby made me wish I could clone them and put them to work with all of the other companies we do business with. If you are having foundation issues, or you're not sure what kind of issues and just need help figuring THAT out… Call Alpha. I dealt with three other companies and couldn't be more pleased that we chose Alpha and if we have ANY project they handle, we will not waste our time by calling other companies. Their prices were in line with everyone else but the service we received? I don't believe we would have gotten the same level as we did from Alpha.

Recently purchased a commercial grade dehumidifier from FRS and had it installed in our crawl space. Timber was very knowledgeable about the product and size of unit we needed. The installation crew arrived on time and made a modification to the wooden frame of our crawl space entrance to enable the unit to fit through the opening and be properly installed. A few months later, Timber stopped by to check on things to be certain that the unit was functioning properly and that there was no kink in the drain hose or anything. As a result, the crawl space is bone dry despite the high temperatures and humidity we have had this summer. The unit is doing what it is designed to do. We are very satisfied with Foundation Recovery Systems and recommend their services.

Our experience with IBA was fantastic from beginning to end. We discovered some pretty bad foundation damage in our garage and IBA had someone out the next day. Michael Kurr was our estimator – he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was happening and what could be done. When the team showed up 6 weeks later, they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. Nick Swanson and Devon Alexander were our main team, and they always stopped to take the time and explain everything to us in a patient manner, despite fighting constant flooding in our dig. I was very impressed with how they were able to execute the plan exactly as stated, despite multiple setbacks from Mother Nature. Very impressed with these guys. I really hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call 🙂

We had a humidity problem in our crawlspace. Drypro cleaned it up, encapsulated it and installed a dehumidifier and triple pump system. The crew foreman was Gerber and Kyrie was helping along with another young man. Gerber and Kyrie did a great job explaining what they were doing each day and keeping me updated. The crew worked so hard. They were going non stop. So often you will see workers goofing off, talking on their phones, etc. Not this crew. They were incredibly hardworking and always very professional. I was impressed with their work ethic. They are expensive but I have learned the hard way in the past that you get what you pay for. I am happy with my decision to go with Drypro.

The price was not cheap, but considering the extent of the repairs and the solution it was acceptable. A deposit was made and the next day a date was locked in. Cody ( the foreman) Wyatt and Jordan arrived and immediately went to work. Very respectful of our property, courteous and professional. My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! On remediation day 1, Silvino contacted me regarding his arrival time. The excellent communication continued over the 2 days they were in my home. His team was polite, professional and extremely clean. They minimized the intrusion in my life, which isn't easy when you have jackhammers in your basement. My wife and I live in Portage County Ohio and needed to replace our basement sump and pump. I turned to Ohio Basement Authority that we have used in the past for other issues and specifically wanted their rep Chris Schewell to come out and take care of the issue. Chris has been taking care of our basement for years. Chris took his time and explained everything that was causing our issues (specifically the original sump was installed incorrectly and whole list of other issues). So we had his team come out today and install a whole new system and we could not have been more pleased. They were on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did an overall great job!! Major kudos to the Ohio Basement Authority! If you have issues with just about anything in your basement, definitely reach out to Chris and you will be super pleased!
